Revolution 2/4/8 Comfort:
1st level of automation the exposure system has a plate loading
device which delivers the plates from a magazine to the drum. Before
placing the plate onto the drum, the interleaving paper is removed and
the plate is automatically punched (internal punch) to the specific
customer requirements. After exposure, the plate is than automatically
transferred via conveyor (Comfort and Premium) into the
online processor - To ensure the safe handling of each plate after
processing, inclusion of the optional plate stacker is highly
recommended. |
