Colenta Labortechnik took the opportunity of Drupa 2008 to successfully
launch their new "Revolution" of Computer to Plate Exposure Technology
and Plate Handling Systems which provide commercial printers with the
flexibility to adapt (interchangeable light source) to the production
of violet and thermal printing plates in both conventional and
processless/free formats as well as conventional high speed PS.plates.
On display were the BASIC 2 and COMFORT 2 systems which provide the
option of manual and fully automatic production of plate sizes up to
535 x 510 and with optional Wash/Gum and Plate Stacking systems.
Included into the Revolution range are a choice of Basic,Comfort and
Premium models in both 4 and 8-Up format for the larger sizes of
printing plate together with a wide range of optional accessories that
include Off and Online Washing, Processing and Plate Handling systems.
The overwhelming response from visitors to the Colenta booth confirms
that the "flexible" exposure technology from Colenta is now the future
in computer to plate production.
